Senior Pastors Mike & Kathy Hayes

Dr. Mike Hayes is the founding and Senior Pastor of Covenant Church. Pastor Hayes committed his life to Jesus Christ and the call of ministry at an early age. This calling has taken him around the world as a beloved evangelistic minister, pastor, author, and radio and television host. Pastor Mike married Kathy Parker in 1973. After the birth of their first child in 1976, Mike and Kathy moved to the Dallas, Texas, area to follow a dream to establish Covenant Church. Together they serve the people of Covenant as well as the people of Churches in Covenant all over the world with a passion and heart for seeing lives change through relationship with Jesus Christ.

Campus Pastors Randy & Jenny Free

Pastors Randy and Jenny Free are the Campus Pastors of Covenant Church Cross Roads. Pastor Randy Free has a background in the “For-Profit” and “Non-Profit” marketplace arena and hosts dynamic Marketplace Seminars for business professionals. Before coming to Covenant, Pastor Jenny Free worked as a legal professional, an experience that helps her minister on the issues facing both today’s housewives and professional women. The Frees believe that with all God has restored in their lives, they can, by the power of God, lead people with family or marital challenges back into true relationship with Jesus. Together they are a testimony of Covenant and the restoring and healing power of the Lord.
